I couldn't import it myself because the database is 145MB and to large to import via phpMYadmin. I uploaded it via FTP and my new host imported it for me.

What is this in the database? This table has 30 MB alone!! My webhost only allows a 100MB Database and I'm currently at 105. I need to empty some stuff to free up space. Can this be emptied? Thanks! -

I'm currently using 1&1 but they only allowed a max of 100MB per MySQL Database and we just went over that. Where should I switch too? It's not that big of a site, took us 6 months to use that 100MB.... -
