Two Errors on New Install

I just did a fresh install of 4.2.5 on PHP 7. My new webhost kindly imported the database and we seem to be working except for two errors. They are:

All the old signature lines continue to work but any attempt to add or edit a signature results in an error message "invalid file". I have searched the settings and cannot find anything to fix....

It suspect it is leftovers from years ago when I implemented rbs, which actually, I plan to do again. It never made a huge square like that before, but this was an upgrade from version 4.0.8.

I had implemented define('SKIP_ALL_ERRORS', true); but in the wrong place. Many thanks! Now, if we can track down where this unknown image is coming from, we will be good to go.
