It’s been awhile since I logged into my forums. My admin login no longer works. How can I access it?

Hello my VB 3.8 is in serious need of an upgrade. The captcha is no longer working. I’d like to find somebody to fix & upgrade it but I don’t know where to start. Any help is greatly appreciated....

My default setting is 10 emails per batch. I can't sent out emails to my 50,000 members at 10 per batch, that will take forever.

I have a 50,000 member forum and want to email members. Should I use the Mail queue? what's the best # of emails per batch? My site is on a dedicated server.

I just tried, but that doesn't fix the problem.

For some reason my forum is now making the icons/smileys in each post vertical instead of horizontal. It's causing each post to take up a lot of space on the page. Here's an example

I just figured it out. Permissions in a usergroup got changed somehow. Thanks for the suggestions/help.

I just checked. No Spam Management enabled. Anything else I can check. it just started after my upgrade to 3.8.

It's moderating the moderators...lol...not good.

I checked all of those settings. I still can't find anything. Its weird to me. any other suggestions?

For some reason I have to moderate posts from certain users for them to show up. I don't understand why this is happening now. Some of my long-time members post's have to be approved before they show...

I added the mods to my forum, but they're not showing up. Can anyone suggest how to get them to show up on my forum homepage?

Any other possible reasons? There's alot of them. It seems like too many for it be working correctly. How can I tell them to check their Junk mail folders if they can't see my emails?

I have a alot of users in the "Users Awaiting Confirmation" group that don't have full access to my forums. For some reason, it seems like they're not getting the my emails when they initially...
