No Sent Messages Saved in PM Sent Folder

My Admin isn't having sent messages saved to folder for PMs. Where can I change that so sent messages are saved? Thank you.

It was strange because as an Admin I could see the avatars to the threads. But then as a user I couldn't. I figured if an Admin can see it... it had to be something...

So I set it up so one can download a custom avatar... the pic shows up in the field in USER CP... but it doesn't show up on the posts for the user in the forum itself.

I saw no errors....
