Warnings in Admin after upgrade

After upgrading to 4.2.2. from 4.2.0 I'm getting these warnings in the admin page.
I could see the admin page at first with the warning but now it's just the warning messages that I see.

Ha ha, did you remember to add install/upgrade.php to your URL and run the update script? I didn't . It's been a while lol...

Looks just like mine at the moment, wouldn't hold out on getting much help here, it's dead now, which is a shame.

Tried to load a search module to my home page, clicked save and now all I get is a white page.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Been trying to set up the forum to show the thread list like in the first image. It does until the page stops refreshing and ends up like image 2.

I can't be setting it up right, so any pointers...

Mark, make sure you only have this at the top of your config file: <?php
No spaces before it or under it. That's just a guess on my part, I'm no PHP expert.
Hope someone with more knowledge...

If you don't like vB5 then gripe in the correct place, move on or get over it and concentrate on helping getting it to a place where you want it to be.

It's still there with the default theme, only changes I've made to my default theme is colours.
Just checked my test site and it's not a problem there, have the same add ons for each live and test...
