Users cannot edit their posts

All are in the same usergroup and see they can edit, but some are told they are not authorized to save after making edits. I just don't see any other differences between them....

A few members say it is working fine now. A couple others say they can see the EDIT link and it works to let them make an edit, but when they attempt to save it says they are not authorized.

We didn't make any changes to these permissions.
Usergroup settings are yes they can edit own posts, and 0 for unlimited time. But no edit ability appears on their posts.

I agree that 15 minutes for Admin timeout is abusive in cloud or at least having option. 1 hour would be most appreciated.

In the member area I don't see how to opt to monthly billing.

We have Vb Messenger turned off globally, and no Vb Messenger permission set to yes in the Usergroup. This is just basic PMs.
