Need a new Camera

I'm back again =p I've increased my budget a bit on my camera and it's now up to 350$ I've found a few new and used that I might be interested in and looking for a feedback.
One I found was on newegg...

So my old Nikon SLR has finally broken beyond repair (well me wanting to spend anymore money on it kind of repair) and it's finally time to move digital. (Yes I've been using ACTUAL FILM in my camera)....

Yes but according to the site I need to buy it to get the 64bit benchmarks.

Sadly I wouldn't be able to run it as I run 64-bit os.

That's a good thing, but what If I don't have the money budgeted next year huh? I have the money budgeted now. And personally I don't think my computer runs fine. It can always be better.

A lot of multitasking with cpu intensive applications.

(Add some gaming in there too)

So I'm considering upgrading my computer but I really don't want to spend a lot of money on it (Maybe 500$).
