Thread (first post) editing only for thread starter

yeah i know...that allows them to edit any post they've done. say the thread starter is posting ten items for sale.. instead of posting "item123 is sold". I want it set where the OP can go back...

Is there a mod or setting for the OP to be able to edit the first post of their thread?

I noticed when i click on new posts, a list of threads come up then 10 minutes later, its a couple of threads. How can i extend the time of new posts to display?

Several Users have edited their signatures but they can't see them themselves. BUT I can and so can Guests. Registered Users, Moderators and Super Moderators can't see the signature. how can i fix this???...

I posted a couple of stickys and they are clickable on the forum home page but when u click on the actual forum then to the thread, it only comes up as text and won't let you click on it. How do i fix...

How do you make it say "sticky threads" instead of being in "threads in forum"?
