when forum is turned off, cron.php does not work as expected. instead of empty 1x1 gif image it prints default page stating that forum is turned off. this results in scheduled tasks not being run and...

this demo is a) outdated b) limited in some very important sections, namely mod management/installation and something else, can't remember offhand and don't want to create another demo just to check....
