New topics only show if there is a new topic posted not if a post was made to a topic.

Since going to version 5.1.2 my articles have become blank. I see in the preview the text of the article but when I go to the article its blank. Am I missing a setting?

My who's online page never shows anyone online but the admin. Am I missing a setting or is something wrong?

I opened .htaccess and just re saved it to fix the issue. Not sure why that worked but it did.
