Fixed, it was something probably on the upload I re-upload everything and after run the upgrade everything came up!

I just founf my last processed mail queue was processed at 25th May, after that date there is no other logged entry, just no idea if the queued have been growing since the same date, today I turned off...

Paul the problem I found is no matter what we change the CMS render as domain.com/content/ on test board I was able to make it domain.com with the index edit only.
