Do we just wipe out the usertable? Because I have users that haven't logged in for like 1 year and trust me, the prune users does not work because they were imported from phpbb. How do I start from 0...

It's possible, you can get help after you are licensed (purchased vbulletin). Unlicensed support isn't allowed or isn't supported. There's an available option I can assure you.
