How to block ".info" email address from registration?

I've searched the answer but haven't found the answer.

I want to block all ".info" and ".biz" email address from registering my forum (ex. [email protected]

Fair enough but wouldn't this be a good function to have. vBulletin should make default as it absolutely useful(necessary)

This will stop most(ALL) of the spams!

I know you can replace ***** for bad words but how can I prevent people from posting their thread if the thread posting contains one of the bad words.

Basically I want to stop all "cialis/phentermine"...
