How to enable show all errors?

Hi Steve not having any issues. I just set up a test board, to which I've made quite a few mods and would like to debug it / check for any errors that might be present.

I know for 3.5 in config.php you simply uncommented the line
ini_set('display_errors', true);

However that line is not included in the 3.6 config.php file.
So how to we check/debug...
