Reinstalled ver 3.0 / candidate 4 from scratch... using apache + mysql + php within XP Pro. Brand new box and software. Nothing migrated.

No email is sent/received when a new user registers...

I modified the SMTP server entry to reflect the network's mail server... still the same....
