The only option vbulletin gives me is 4.0 version and would like to purchase 3.8 version instead for a new license? Is there any way possible way to do this? I'm not seeing it in the members area

I understand that the MySQL Fulltext normally only allows minimum of 4 words. So I went vBulletin Options > Message Searching Options > Words to be Included Despite Character Limit and inputted... -
