I could do it manually (just tested) through the phpmyadmin. I just changed the userid connected to the post to a testaccount.

Maybe one could do that with a SQL-query?

In PayPal, you can choose what URL the user will be redirected to after they have paid. Make a "thank you-page" and have PayPal forward your users to that one.
