Users requiring moderation

Hi, Our forum is for UK people only (the products we sell can only be delivered to UK addresses) so only people from the UK would have need to register. Is there a way we can lock registrations down for...

Thats all I did, when it first went live I thought it was not working at all as all it done was put adds at the bottom of the screen and I did not check to scroll down

OK, I will give it a few days to settle down, although it is now serving adds that are more relevent, the only problem I have now is it is serving adds for competitors, now I have logged into the adsense...

Is that why there is no top pane under the NAV bar and just the adds at the fotter of the site?

I have the oposite, I selected high and text and images, we now get the bottom adds (although not sure what we did wrong but all adds are about money and credit cards!) but nothing on the top!

Ah, OK, I asumed that as we received the email saying a new user had signed up they had already confirmed their account via email.

OK, that did not work, just had another spammer join up, and still does not have anything under users requiring moderation.

Any other ideas anyone?

I will give it a try after lunch and let you know, althoughy I dont think I have any plugins that may cause a registration problem, but I suppose we can tackle that after....

Thanks, yes it is set there, and we are already on that ver, so a hook thing! Where would we find this to disable it.

I have had one of my users email me to say the forum has been hacked by a user whos name is not in my list of curent users.
I can not get access to the forum or the admin screen....
