It is not such a big deal, you could just upload the Patch but as long as your forum working without problems and you can see the current version vBulletin 3.8.4 Patch 1 on your admin c/p you are done...

Upload these 3 files "class_dm.php" , "class_dm_user.php", and "version_vbulletin.php" to

includes/class_dm.php...

I have disabled all plugins,define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);(Did not solved the problems)

I have reuploaded orijinal vB non-image files (except install.php) in ASCII format,overwrote the ones...

1-If any user clicks the quote button will get this top of their new thread
