creating custom vB directories/folders

that the thing... i have tried adding vB head/foot etc etc into my custom folder global hearder / footer but i cant see to get it right. and to be honest, i gave up after trying and trying and trying......

yes, phpbb 2.x import is supported in vB 3.8.x but in the new feature list they mention and i quote



... But not even a hint or mention of phpBB imports on the new feature list...
