Google Chome, vB3, and WYSIWYG editor?

Rename admincp
Rename and protect modcp
Update vB to latest 3.8 series
chmod to non-777 as much as possible
Remove all "unsafe" install-related...

After migrating to new hardware with new installs of MySQL service, the error has not appeared (yet). Strange, strange stuff. Never did figure it out.
