Have you checked if the install.php file is there in the install folder?

I think you are just navigating to the forum's root. In order to start installation you need to navigate to the install script i.e www.yoursite.com/install/install.php.

Let me also provide some more details. Since I will be running an Urdu forum, therefore I have set the default character set of the database to utf8 and its collation is utf_general_ci.
