How do you do so that like "Children" have a image for Children, and "Adult" have a image representing Adults beside...

Lately i have noticed that the function that made red post normal text again have vanished, how do i turn that on again ?

After i upgradet the forum to 3.0.7 the arcade is out of order. What do i do to make it work again?
