I have my sql database but my host deleted my whole vbulletin files so i reuploaded the vbulletin files and edited the config.php with the database and i get a database error. when accesing my forum....

looks like a conect to db error ..i guess it can b your host

i had this problem on vbseo (solved uninstallin) and went to nuseo with is better for me .

and happened again on a vb style, try using the default unmodified skin

i am pretty sure is the host..... there is nothing more i can think of .. and confirm it installin vb on a free host or on any other host u got ...

yes he is in the mod usergroup and he is a mod of 3 subforums
i left him being mod of subforums but banned him for 3 days
the thing is that he had access to modcp and he was banned ...

This is a Mod that has ban and unban permissions i go to edit his profile and remove the mod group and add him to the banned users group.
this person was able to go to modcp and unban himself ...

1) how to remove scrolls
2) how to change the font inside for a costum skin and what are vb defaults ?

i guess go to
your forum /admincp/forumpermission.php?do=modify

and edit the user groups u dont want dem to see that especific subforum ..
there might be other ways but this...
