problem is FIXED
1) globals were on
2) I applied the 3 files as you said, replacing simular change in my code

admin/db_mysql.php but it did not fix the problem.

you have the full registered version right?
just open up your control panel in the browser and look under HTTP headers.

set it to Off and see if the errors go away. I am running it with it set to off.
