I have enabled administrators so they can post with HTML, but still the HTML code doesn't convert. So where do I change it for all forums?

Also, the WYSIWYG editor for posts doesn't have...

Hello. What is the best for vBulletin? If Safe Mode is on or off? Because when I tried the vB test script on my hosting it said: Safe Mode: Fail, and it still says fail even after I turned Safe Mode off....
