That would be fantastic if vB was coded properly. But it doesn't work.
Trying a dozen combos doesn't work for what the css "should" be....

I'm getting sick of the stylevars in vBulletin. It's much harder than it should be....
That being said, which stylevar is this? It's the dropdown menu border. I've gone though everything...

Paid subscriptions can do the first bit easily with the subscription manager and user groups.
You can do the second bit with conditionals and/or custom mods.

They don't have the opportunity to add static pages yet. The CMS is severely lacking.
There's a mod for this though.
