It isn't install.php, I don't have an install.php I have an installcore.php, upgrade.php, upgradecore.php but not install.php could that be what is causing the problem? Remember I'm trying to upgrade...

it is also config.php in includes/ I get this error when running the install/upgrade.php. If you got AIM or ICQ PM me your ID and I'll get you on there and we can go over this.

When Running the upgrade.php in vb3, I get a Can't Find Page Error and the script does exist. Mind tell me what to do fix this?
