Yes, fresh download and installed in a BRAND NEW directory, so no leftover files. Then copied over the CUSTOM* folders (like avatar and attachments). Using FTP to upload.

I deleted all VBulletin files and reuploaded 4.2.5. Still happening.

Like I said, I did that last night. Still throws the same error.
I don't think there is any value in doing so a third time.

Reuploaded all the files. Disabled plugins & hooks. Still creates FATAL ERROR.

Upgrading from 4.2.4 to 4.2.5 - seems stuck on Step 7
Upgrade has been on Step 7 - Updating contenttype table - for a long time (almost an hour). Is this normal?
