Many Errors after Upgrading to 4.2.5

We show ads to basic members and no ads to VIP members who are subscribers. Is there any way to divide it by usergroup rather than separate apps?

Since upgrading to 4.2.5 we've been encountering many systemic problems. White screening: I've even turned on ERROR Reporting, and it's not displaying anything. Working with several techs, I reinstalled...

Ok. I'm also getting this:

Yes, fresh download and installed in a BRAND NEW directory, so no leftover files. Then copied over the CUSTOM* folders (like avatar and attachments). Using FTP to upload.

I deleted all VBulletin files and reuploaded 4.2.5. Still happening.

Like I said, I did that last night. Still throws the same error.
I don't think there is any value in doing so a third time.

It was the FULL 4.2.5 package, not the patch.

Reuploaded all the files. Disabled plugins & hooks. Still creates FATAL ERROR.

5.6 - and I had to. It was causing a fatal error for registration on our entire website.Like I said it was a temporary fix.

I upgraded from 4.2.4 to 4.2.5 and I received a fatal error during the registration process:

Fatal error: Class 'vB_Validate' not found in [path-to-vbulletin]/includes/class_dm.php on line...

I reloaded the page, restarted the upgrade and it continued. Just FYI if this happens to anyone else.

Upgrade has been on Step 7 - Updating contenttype table - for a long time (almost an hour). Is this normal?
