Well I've resolved that issue, some of the attachments were either corrupted or missing.

There are no exact error messages it just goes to a whitescreen when I click on the attachment. Like so

I've noticed this issue sometimes and it appears that the editor gui finishes loading last. That is, after every other resource has loaded.

I've seen the same behavior on other vb4 sites...
