vbAPI
Is there a vbAPI for example for creating user accounts, updating user accounts, adding forums etc...

Cookies are fine just the defaults (ran the scripts anyway tried a different browser etc). You can login to the forums fine... no problems at all but if you try and log in to the admincp it just refreshes...

Moving site...
Ok i'm moving my side from http://www.xxxxx.com/forum/ to http://xxxxx.yyyyy.com/forum/ all I have done is changed the path in the admincp and it seems to be working ok but I just can't login to the admincp...

Unable to access vb.com!?!!!
Help... I am unable to access vbulletin.com and there are a number of posts on vbulletin.org saying the same thing. I'm bouncing off a server in london and seems to work ok from there. Whats going on...

couldn't get in at all, increased it to 20 directly in the database (current load is 0.03). Still couldn't get in either via admincp or front page. Added $servertoobusy = 0; on line 67 of global.php....

NIX level admincp conflict.
ok not a major bug but could be a problem. If you set your NIX level too low in the config and your NIX level usually says above the level you set it too in the config. You can't log back into the admin...

I've tried that... doesn't seem to work too well... just prints:

Done
and keeps printing Done out... when do you know when it is actually done?...
