Can someone please tell me how i can restore a backup of my board if i don`t have Telnet/SSH access? thanks

1.Have you removed install.php from the admin folder?
Yes did that straight away.

2.Have you made sure VBulletin has been upgraded correctly?

Thanks for the reply, have done what you said no white spaces in the config.php and the files where and have been uploaded in ASCII now i`m no longer getting the white blank page i`m getting this

ok you can find the templates in your admin cp, once your in the cp on the left scroll down to templates, then click on modify then click expand list then scroll down to New Posting Templates then expand...
