Error from upgrade of 5.x to 6.1

We seem to have effectively fixed the errors (through one way or another). Thank you VERY much for all of your help.

We submitted a ticket a while back today, and one more recently with all information. We haven't received any recent replies on them.

Unfortunately that doesn't seem to work. Profiles don't show either.
