Error Log Problem

For the last few months my vb error log has been getting flooded with the same error over and over again. Any idea how I can correct this?

On the left side of the user cp there is "permission groups." How can I remove that from the list? I understand I can simply set the user groups to non-public, but that is not how I want to...

Mine just goes to the top of the page of the newest post. Just about everyone on my site uses it too.

I did a search trying to find an answer to my question, and saw that each green square =100 points? My forum has been around for a while and just about everyone has maxed out on the number of green boxes....
