if you are still looking, the answer to your question is to apply the scrollbar css code to the HTML tag instead of the BODY tag.

Its not a consistent bug unfortunately. Though I can make it work on my system if I quickly open alot of pages (over ten).

And no, it doesn't seem to be a problem with the default VB style....

I probed hard into this. Apparently some of the database was altered in my upgrades. Some of the entries in the custom user field were altered. <, >, and quotation marks were altered into "&lt;"...

But I don't think that's it. The problem is the VB is chosing by itself on an individual basis wheter or not to parse html characters.
