Actually it was 610 site users + 70 in the forums.
So pretty close to 700 people on the server at one time. The site is all PHP with database backend. Forums and site share the Database....

I use RS and the server + service is excellent.
Ive got a PLain RH 1.3 celeron 1GB Ram 400GB/month and it kicks butt. $130/month
With 600 people on my site the load didnt...

Fixed...
I forgot we had the attachments as files hack, i uploaded the original VB files = all is good again.
Bizzare how it just decided to do that though.

The best thing to do is to head over to vbulletin.org and grab the hack "attachments as files" its the best.
You can even convert all the attachments which are in binary to files....
