Site never completes loading after upgrade from 4.1.10 to 4.2.0PL2

Greetings all. On our forum, we recently updated from 4.1.10 to 4.2.0 PL2. However now my users are commenting that the site never seems to completely load. I've tested this myself on FireFox, Chrome,...

I have a sub-forum that mandates thread prefixes. We commonly move misplaces threads into that forum, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to tweak the prefix for the thread that gets moved...

Ok so I see that the forum permissions has "yes" for follow forum moderation. So I set it to no and it seems to work right.

So this is where my confusion comes from... where should...

Yeah I get that. So why does a user, who is a member of ONLY two groups where Follow Forum Moderation is set to NO in both groups, STILL not getting moderated?...

Attached is the screen shot of the user. I figured out the image verification problem. The base group was set to require Human Verification. Oops.

ok, So I am still trying to figure out the absurdity of VB's forum permissions/user permissions/compounding usergroup permissions. I have no idea how to make this work right.

These are both good suggestions, and I thank you for them. However not all users with 0 posts and signatures are spam bots. Hence the reason I simply want to build a list to browse through.

For the most part our spam isn't bad on our board. But every now and then I like to flush it out and look for those users that slip...

I am doing this right by using usergroup membership to allow access to sub-forums? And if I make a change then I do have to go through an manually update...
