Can't post attachments in 4.2.2

The 4.2.2 is the worst upgrade ever. I don't understand how it passed beta testing?!?!

I'm having time zone issues like so many others but a bigger problem is that members can't post attachments...

I have the same problem. In addition to that, it's not possible to post attachments anymore. :-( Worst upgrade ever!!!!

Nevermind, I found the navigation manager.

I uninstalled a plugin that had placed a tab in the navbar. However, after uninstall, the navbar tab is still there. How do I manually remove it?...

I am in the process of upgrading from 4.2.0 to 4.2.1 but it seems to be standing still at step 5 out of 6. It hasn't moved in over 30 minutes. What should I do?...

Ok, one last question: When I'm in the Gallery, the Forum tab is shows as active and not the Gallery tab. How do I fix that?

All the CMS and forum tabs work fine in the navbar now.....except for when navigating out of the vBGallery.

Okay, I think I found the CMS but links to Home and Blogs are gone in the navbar. How do I get them back?
