I've also upgraded my server to PHP 4.4.4 and MySQL 4.1.22 and while the problem seems to be occurring a little less frequently, it's still occurring.

Thanks for the link. I had already read that, and most of it doesn't apply and the few things that do now, did not apply initially. Things like add-ons, for example, were not present when this problem...
