Hosting company with in house vbulletin expert?

vBulletin with install their software but will not do imports or mods like advaced vbulletin... and things do go wrong sometimes and a vBulletin expect at the ISP is a big plus

In my profile the logo for skype does not show and at the bottom of the main page I do not see the logos for who is online, birthdays, forum statistics...
I only see the X replacing the image and...
