Switched hosts....but many problems

Ok those steps were followed, and upon retrying..............

The first backup was made through cpanel's database backup.

The second time I did it through the admincp on vbulletin.

Is there a different way i'm supposed to do it?

I recently changed hosts, although I haven't 'officially' done so because I haven't transferred my database successfully over to the new host yet.

is there any way her account can be recovered? or does she have to re-register?

I was wondering how I would be able to create a spoiler tag in bbcode? I guess its similar to a quote but it blacksout the text are makes the text hidden so you have to highlight over the text in order...
