Mod queue shows deleted posts

You should not be modifying the vbulletin.css template. You should be using additional.css. Assuming you are saving your CSS as files it will automatically rewrite all your CSS files in the directory...

I would double check your permissions as this is most likely an issue with them. It looks like users who are not logged in do not have the correct permissions. Also make sure each section is published...

I have done this but now the home page button does not go to the proper url it still uses /forum/content.php
