Yes it does look a bit old now. Though it does leave me with fond memories of my old UBB, when a forum was a forum and wasn't plagued with all this social networking junk.

I'm not upgrading until I see some large forums successfully run vb4, and honestly I'm still not sure I want to stay a customer of vbulletin despite having been so since 2001.

Clean, and for once intuitive ... vb2 was only more intuitive because it had less features. The main reason I didn't change from UBB earlier in vb2's life was that UBB was just more user friendly....

Frankly no, it depends how turning it off is implemented. I am concerned purely on performance. Re; the forum experience ... that may well be the case, but for me and my site it is thoroughly unneede...
