ed - Done that.. everything seems to be fine.. I been monitoring all day and we never have gone above 15 processes at a time.. I also am not recieving the 25-30 or so db error emails.. :)

Apparently My provider says we have way too many connections open on the MySQL server at once and that some never get closed and just hang.. So they shut our website down.....

Well I made the change at that worked, but without logic to add guest in the user column(as you stated) Its ugly, and there is no way to get the actual guest...
