Actually I totally figured out what's going on here.

it shows ALL moderated posts from the beginning....

I didn't explain it well...that happens when I pull too many all nighters... I'm real familiar with the vb code through 3.017. My production board is 3.017. But my test board is 3.7 Beta 5, which is where...

I'll be happy to try all that and let you know the results, but this is a test board with original vb files...didn't edit a one...and I reverted all templates.......

This would be an excellent feature if you had usergroup options for it. I'm still learning all the new stuff from vb 3.017 through to this version, so I'm not sure, but I saw something in the documentation...

I see there's a new moderation feature in the usercp (I'm still running vb 3.017 so it may have been there a couple of versions ago).

In forums/moderation.php it says no posts found. But...

Some of the new features are not all exciting, at least for my forums. I'm not complaining about the features, some people may love them...but I wish it was easier to shut off the parts you don't want....

I asked for something like this a long long time ago and was told it was absolutely not in the plans and shouldn't be the domain of vbulletin to code this...something like that....

I noticed in the code as I'm upgrading to the beta that you're using the YUI system for some sort of controls...I searched here for some mention of what you're using it for but nothing turned up.

I had three notices in the admincp for beta 5.

1. Updated templates.
2. Security update.
3. Don't know.

The button to dismiss is not intuitive in my opinion...

It would be cool if vB would do some kind of open source style project...where outside developers / hackers would be invited to put their hacks into SVN and the best of the changes would be merged into...

I haven't set up subversion on the server though I try to use it locally. Still learning the system though.

For MySQL it depends on the table, but I actually want to compare data sometimes...
