What should my cookie domain be?

I was gutted when Skinbox.net stopped making VB skins.

Their selection of Iinvision PB skins are just stunningly beautiful. It's actually making me consider a switch.

Yes - I went through the usual deletion of cookies/cache routine.

So what would be a problem of having it set to .mysite.com if that seems to work? Would there be any issues? Frankly I don't...

Ok that didn't work - I previously had it at .mysite.com but changing to to blank just meant I couldn't log in.

Changed it back and all seems ok except for one thing:
