No signatures

i have the same problem with 3.5.3
I have custom template ...
what I nead to do to get skype UN in postbit (it shows in profile window)

On my forum http://www.croportal.net/forum/index.php all the sudden there are no signatures. I checked, all options about signatures are ON... they are allowed 'n stuff.
What can cause this problem?...

I can't upload images from other urls. It keep sending me: Remote file uploads have been disabled.

I inserted many smilies, and when I click go advanced they show on screen as they should. But when I click on quote button to replay with quote, they are not shown. The same goes for private...
