No any one can register his name in none-english, There is a message say that the name is alreday taken!

I already upgrade from 2.0.0 Beta 3 to 2.0.1 using upgrade10.php Script
no any error during upgrade


but i got some problem:

But the problem in visitor area... ther is meny error like:
