When forum user edit their messages, it shows a different user as "Last Edited by XXX" when actually user YYY edited the message. Whats the issue and how can i resolved it?

I know for the 3.68L2 you need the full upgrade, I went back and did the upgrade till 3.67, but it still shows version 3.64. Do I need to do the full upgrade or the patch upgrade even for 3.66 or 3.6...
