If you do change the phrase, the way they have vbulletin setup (which I find to be a plus) is it creates your 'translation' of the phrase. Thus if you had multiple languages you could easily translate...

when i was first setting up the rss stuff i discovered there were two places to set it up.
#1 spot: in the RSS Feeds position in the control panel.- RSS Feeds > RSS Feeds Manager
